Meet the Team
Keathley Opticians
As Tulsa’s most reliable and established opticians, Bob Keathley Opticians is proud of the experience we bring—and we believe it’s key to your satisfaction. Proprietors Bob, Brett, and Cris have over 100 years of combined experience. Bob Keathley founded Bob Keathley Opticians in 1968. By providing the Tulsa, Oklahoma area with exceptional service, craftsmanship, and quality, the business grew steadily.
In fact, it took the help of sons Brett and Cris to maintain the growing workflow. They spent many summers during junior high and high school learning the skilled craftsmanship required to make a quality pair of glasses worthy of the “Bob Keathley Brand.” When Bob retired, Cris purchased the business and has been managing it ever since.
Continuing the tradition of service, craftsmanship, and quality, Bob Keathley Opticians wants to be your family’s eyewear specialists. That’s why we treat every customer like a family member—sitting across the table, ordering your first pair of glasses, and opening a whole new world of clarity and vision.
At Bob Keathley Opticians, comfort is paramount. Our opticians ensure you leave with eyewear that fits properly—free from the discomfort and pain associated with ill-fitting glasses. No more pushing your glasses up or taking them off because they’re uncomfortable. You won’t need contacts or expensive surgery just because your glasses bother you.
You’ll also get answers to your questions about your eyes and the symptoms related to your prescription. Our knowledgeable staff supports every eyewear purchase with free adjustments and minor repairs. Even if you got your glasses elsewhere and can’t see clearly, it’s often just an adjustment that’s needed to improve your vision. We listen to you.
If you have to raise or lower your chin to see through your new progressive lenses—or if your glasses are too tight or too loose—we can adjust them and, in most cases, improve your vision without a new prescription.
